Transition Workshops

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Norwood has adapted the way it is delivering its Children and Family Services and is continuing to provide support to our valued service users and Jewish families, schools and children. To find out more please get in touch by calling 020 8809 8809 and a member of our team will contact you as soon as we can.

For young people with special education needs and disabilities, moving on can feel overwhelming and can affect all areas of life. In today’s climate, parents and carers need to be prepared for the challenges these changes can bring.

This can seem daunting at first, but information and knowledge can provide the foundations of independence in line with ability.

The transition courses are aimed at parents, professionals and carers, and young people.
