Complementary Services Berkshire 2019 – 2020

Increasing independence for adults with learning disabilities

Are you, or someone you know an adult with special needs or learning disabilities aged 24 years and older, who lives in the Wokingham Borough Council area?

Yes? Then Norwood’s Ravenswood centre in Crowthorne has a range of exciting courses and events just for you.

With our courses, you’ll be able to meet new people in a caring environment and learn new skills. From arts and crafts, learning about nature, glass fusing and meeting the lovely horses at our stables, you will have a great time and learn new things to do.

We offer life skills courses for all abilities, so whether you’re a beginner or skilled, we will give you the confidence and independence to enjoy what you want to do.

The courses are complementary to Norwood’s existing highly experienced care services, so everyone who attends will be given the very best of support from our outstanding staff.

We run courses though out the year, with different events taking place on different days so you can choose the best course to suit you.
