We offer 30-minute telephone appointments to talk to one of our team who may be able to help you with:

helpline
  • thinking about ways to support your students remotely
  • problem solving how to meet the professional development needs of your school staff while they are working from home
  • exploring how best to support the parents of the children in your school if they come to you for guidance
  • signposting you to freely available resources and material
  • sharing (where copyright allows) our resources with you
  • advising about ways of differentiating materials and resources to support students with special educational needs

However if you, as school staff, would like to access some advice and guidance specifically tailored to your needs, then please call 020 8809 8809 between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Thursday. Explain that you are a member of school staff looking for advice and support and ask to speak to either an Occupational Therapist, a Speech and Language Therapist, a Teacher or an Educational Psychologist. The operator will take your details and pass your query to the right professional who will call you back! There is no charge for this service (except your phone call costs) and it is open to all schools, whether they have worked with us before or not.
