The residents are four men and three women, aged between 26 – 85 years old.

They are non verbal, using objects of reference, intensive interaction and an understanding of Makaton to communicate. Bedrooms are decorated and furnished in a way that reflects individual tastes, interests and personalities.

The residents enjoy the cinema, shopping, day trips, sing along social groups, the theatre and visits from Norwood’s sports team

Lifestyles and friendships

The residents have art, music and aroma therapies at home from visiting therapists. The residents are a harmonious group who care for one another.
