Volunteering in Charity Shops

Norwood has eight charity shops across London, each raising vital funds for those we support.

Our shops sell kindly donated, second-hand goods, such as clothing, accessories, and homeware – and all shops are set in the heart of the community, so they’re always busy.

Why we need shop volunteers

Each shop is managed by one of our experienced retail managers, supported by a team of committed volunteers.

Our shops simply couldn’t open without these volunteers, so your help would truly make a difference.

What you’d be doing

Whether you have two or twenty hours per week to spare, any time spent volunteering in our shops means you’re making a vital contribution, while gaining retail experience and having great fun along the way.

You could be helping in a number of ways – from taking in new donations, to pricing new stock, to assisting customers on the shop floor.

Benefits of volunteering in Norwood’s shops

In volunteering at our charity shops, you’ll be helping to support thousands of vulnerable children and family, children with special educational needs, and adults with learning disabilities, but you may also be;
