Universal database improved people’s care


Norwood’s services started to make greater use of Unite, which stores information about our services and the people we support. It enabled staff, with relevant access permissions, to support people better in our accommodation services.

I’ve enjoyed the challenge of finding my way around the Unite database. I received great training and welcomed the introduction of the referral form on the system, which will enable the team to streamline the referral process. The organisation is striving for a paperless system and Unite is a versatile, multi-functional tool to aid this process.
