BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY: The centre began as a project by Norwood and the intention was to create a Health Centre in Jerusalem that linked and co-ordinated under one roof, all the multi-disciplinary diagnostic, educational and rehabilitative units required for all infants and young children from 0-7 suffering from all forms of disabilities. The objective was to prepare children to enter the society and subsequently ensure that throughout their school life, they were integrated rather than withdrawn from society.
