You will work on a shift rota basis, providing individual and person centred support to adults with autism. You will assist in creating and developing person centred plans and individual learning plans that enable and empower the people we support to live an ordinary life as active citizens in the community, by maximising independence and promoting their choices and decisions as much as possible. Aspects of the role include assisting with personal care needs, helping residents access the community and driving the home vehicle.
Full-time hours available & overtime (36hrs per week, worked over 3 days)
£8.72 - £9.65ph (unqualified and qualified rate)
