Reachout service/Supported Housing

Norwood's Reachout service matches our range of support with the need of each individual.

This service assists our supported housing tenants achieve maximum independence. Our professional care staff works with the residents to enable them to accomplish such tasks as shopping, cooking, personal care and travel training.

We also work with people living in their own homes within the community who require extra support to live independently.
