| Learning Disability Services
Our Learning Disability Services are organised to maintain our
goal of making the component areas of our Learning Disability
Services as accessible as possible to as wide an audience as possible.
In order to achieve our goal we enter into a full and comprehensive
dialogue with potential users of our services so that we are able
to truly understand their needs. We integrate the five areas of
our work:
- Residential Homes
- LifeSkills
- Reachout
- Day Opportunities
- Links
We produce an Individual Care Plan for each adult referred to
us with a learning disability.
