Norwood Patronage

Become a Major Donor

Making a donation as an individual or Charitable Trust or Foundation can make a huge difference to vulnerable children, and people with learning disabilities.

We appreciate every donation, big and small, and by making a major gift you can make an enormous impact on the services we provide for children and adults with learning disabilities and their families.

Thank you to all of our major donors , whose investment in Norwood has led to priceless opportunities for those less fortunate and for whom, without these donations, those opportunities would not exist.

  • Benefactors:
£250,000*
  • Platinum Patrons:
£50,000 per annum
  • Gold Patrons:
£25,000 per annum
  • Patrons:
£12,500 per annum
  • Friends:

*as a single gift or over 5 years

You can make your donation go even further through Gift Aid. Norwood can claim back the basic rate tax you have already paid on your donation. This means that you can help even more people by allowing us to reclaim 25p for every £1 donated from the government.

We provide our major donors with

  • A dedicated account manager to keep you updated on the impact your gifts are making.
  • Opportunities to visit services you are supporting.
  • Tailored communication to meet your individual interests.
  • Invitations to exclusive events.
  • Opportunities to network with other major donors.
  • And be the first to hear about new projects and developments at Norwood.

Recognising your gift

Our dedicated team works with donors to find ways to thank them in a way that suits their lifestyle. We can recognise your gift publicly through naming opportunities or privately through a meeting with one of our Trustees.
