‘Norwood now’ 2nd edition launched

Children and families charity, Norwood launches into the New Year with a new, upbeat bi-annual magazine – Norwood now. The magazine consolidates three separate newsletters (aimed at volunteers, staff and supporters) that were previously produced for different audiences, into one magazine aimed at all readers. Norwood now highlights the wide range of practical and emotional support that Norwood provides everyday to thousands of children, families and people of all ages, from the community, who are coping with learning disabilities and social difficulties.

We have two versions of the 2008 magazine to view/download depending on whether you wish to read the magazine online - or print out the magazine to read later.

The magazine showcases the many ways in which supporters can help Norwood to continue to fulfil its role as the 'safety net' for the community. The services section includes a Plain English news summary following Norwood’s award-winning format that is accessible for people with learning disabilities.

Norwood now will be sent to donors in recyclable plastic packaging – so not only is it good for the community, it’s better for the environment too!
