Andrew Viner was appointed as Norwood's new Treasuer at the Annual General Meeting held in December 2008.
Andrew, a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Securities Institute, is a Partner at the world’s fifth largest accountancy practice, BDO Stoy Hayward. He picks up the baton from Russell Tenzer, who has served as Norwood’s Treasurer for the past 13 years.

Andrew said, “I would like to thank Russell for the outstanding work he has done for Norwood during his time as Treasurer. It is an honour to follow him and I want to ensure that Norwood continues the successful growth achieved under Russell’s tenure.”
Working alongside Philip Bunt, Norwood’s Director of Corporate Services, Andrew will ensure that Norwood’s finances are prudently controlled. He will also Chair the Corporate Services committee, and as such he will oversee the finance, human resources, health and safety, information technology, property, risk management and audit functions within Norwood.
Andrew currently specialises in the Technology, Media and Telecoms sectors. He previously worked at Arthur Andersen, and prior to that was at KPMG. He attended Manchester University and obtained a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences in 1991.
Andrew is married to Emma and has three children. A Liverpool supporter, his outside interests include football, cycling, skiing and golf. He was brought up in one of the UK’s smallest Jewish communities in Chester, Cheshire.
