YN Lawyers Reception 2008 Top QC David Pannnick was the special guest speaker at Norwood's annual YN Lawyers Reception. The evening was attended by nearly 250 young legal professionals and raised £26,000.
The Apprentice 2008 Lee McQueen, 'The Apprentice' Series Four winner, plus five fellow contestants ensured a sell-out fundraising evening in aid of Norwood. The event, attended by over 330 guests, was hosted by Emma Howard and featured the show’s executive producer Michele Kurland, raising over £26,000.
Norwood Golf Day 2008 Around 100 golfers clubbed together for the annual Bank of Ireland Norwood Golf Day at the Dyrham Park Golf and Country Club in Barnet, raising £133,000.

Latin Fever 2008 The Tabby Cat Lounge hosted the YN N-Joy committee’s Latin Fever party on Thursday 27 March. Attended by over a hundred revellers and raising £1,600, the latin music-themed event combined dance classes with a club night, ensuring a fantastic carnival atmosphere.
