Trustee Board

Norwood is governed by a Trustee Board of up to twelve members. The Trustee Board decides on the strategy, which is implemented by the Chief Executive and three Directors (together called the Directorate).

The Trustee Board delegates some of its work to committees which are made up from Trustees and a pool of voluntary experts with relevant skills and experience. Together, these lay leaders provide a vital additional resource to Norwood, assisting with governance and supporting the Directors and their teams.
