Jack Rabinowicz

Jack has been a partner at Teacher Stern Selby for more than 20 years. He has developed an expertise and a reputation as one of the foremost authorities on education law in the United Kingdom.

Since the early 1980s, has acted in ground breaking education cases and judicial reviews in connection with decisions by the Secretary of State for Education and local authorities.

The education negligence team at Teacher Stern Selby has advised on many cases involving education needs and exclusions, both before the appeal committees and various courts, up to and including the House of Lords.
