	Elaine Kerr - Chief Executive Elaine Kerr joined Norwood in November 2011 from Chai Cancer Care where she was the CEO. Previously, Elaine Kerr had over 15 years of experience in the NHS.
	Philip Bunt - Director of Corporate Services Philip joined Norwood in 2006 from The RSA (The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) where he was Chief Operating Officer and later Acting Chief Executive.

	David Harris - Director of Operational Services David Harris has been Director of Operations at Norwood since 2003. He is also responsible for quality assurance across the organisation.
