Directorate

	Norma Brier - Chief Executive Norma Brier has been Chief Executive of Norwood since 1996. As Chief Executive Norma is Norwood’s most senior member of staff. Norma led the merger of Norwood and Ravenswood Foundation, of which she was previously Executive Director.
	Philip Bunt - Director of Corporate Services Philip joined Norwood in 2006 from The RSA (The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) where he was Chief Operating Officer and later Acting Chief Executive.

	David Harris - Director of Operational Services David Harris has been Director of Operations at Norwood since 2003. He is also responsible for quality assurance across the organisation.
	Assaf Admoni - Director of Commercial Services Assaf Admoni joined Norwood in 2009 from the largest UK disability charity, Leonard Cheshire where he was a member of the Board of Directors with responsibility for fundraising.
