Time4U is a project funded by London Borough of Redbridge Aiming High for Disabled Children, offering holiday play schemes and home support during the half term holidays for children and young people with disabilities aged five to eighteen years.
Where is this service provided?
Time 4 U holiday playschemes take place at The Leonard Sainer Family Centre. Home support takes place in individual’s own homes.
Times/Days/Dates?
Time 4 U run during the three half term holidays.
Play schemes take place as follows:
5 – 11’s: Mondays and Wednesdays, 10am to 4pm.
12 – 18’s: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am to 4pm.
Activities include cookery, drama, sports and arts and crafts as well as trips e.g. theme park, zoo and museum.
Home support takes place as follows:
5 – 11s: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am to 4pm.
12 – 18’s: Mondays and Wednesdays, 10am to 4pm.
5 – 18’s: Fridays, 10am to 1pm.
Carers will engage in activities with individual children in their own homes and out in the community.
