Tachles

Tachles (Yiddish for straight-talking) is a support group for parents and carers of adults with learning disabilities who are in the process of moving out or who have moved away from home.

The group can offer support to parents to adapt to changes in their lives by giving practical strategies to cope with change, a chance to build relationships with people in a similar situation and the opportunity to share feelings and support others.
