Exodus (Norwood's Move On Group)

Exodus, Norwood's Move On Group is for young adults and adults with learning disabilities who are moving out of home and away from their families for the first time.

Exodus is also for people who have recently moved out of home. Moving out of home is a big step, and the group supports people in dealing with this difficult change. They learn practical skills to live independently, and can meet other people in similar situations where they can discuss their feelings about moving out and moving on.

The group meets every other Thursday afternoon in Stanmore.
