Patronage

Norwood Service Users

Norwood requires £10m a year in voluntary income and a third of this is donated through the generosity of our major donors, who not only provide much needed funds to run our services but also enable us to realise our innovative and ground breaking capital projects.

Our major donors are categorised by the following entry gifts

Friend: £5,000 per annum
Patron: £12,500 per annum
Gold Patron: £25,000 per annum
Platinum Patron: £50,000 per annum
Benefactor: £250,000 in a single donation or over a 5 year period.

We like to keep our major donors closely involved with our work and we do this through a twice yearly mailing of Patrons News, Norwood now magazine, updates at the Patrons Cocktail Party and private one to one meetings to discuss our strategy, service delivery and external factors impacting on our work.

Our recently created beacons of excellence include

  • The RD Crusaders WorkHub – a supported employment and life long learning resource
  • The Pears Special Resource Provision (PSRP) at JCoSS - a visionary educational venture inspired and developed by Norwood catering for students with autistic spectrum conditions
  • The Tager Centre for adults with severe autism
  • The Pamela Barnett Centre for people with profound and multiple learning disabilities

Norwood’s 2010-13 strategy includes exciting plans for transition services, supported and registered living. We would like you to be a part of that. If you are considering in investing in Norwood’s work and becoming a major donor or would like to visit Norwood’s services please contact
