Recent events have included a political version of Just a Minute with host Nicholas Parsons and a panel made up of Lembit Opik, John Sargeant, John Mann and Lee Scott. They have also hosted three sell-out events based around “The Apprentice”. Each featured key contestants as well as the programme makers and gave a unique and entertaining insight into the series, with this year’s event having six of the contestants there on the night.
The committee have also organised advance preview screenings of movies and successful supper quizzes which have now become annual events.

Supper Quiz
A Supper Quiz held at St Michaels Banqueting Hall in Golders Green on Sunday 18 January raised £6,500 for Norwood.

A preview screening of the Disney cartoon “Bolt” at the Phoenix Cinema in East Finchley on 14 December 2008 raised over £2,500 for Norwood.

More than 210 contestants tested their general knowledge on Sunday 27 January as Norwood’s Enterprise Committee held its third annual Supper Quiz in aid of the UK’s largest Jewish charity for children and families.
